Warranty
Delivery lead time is between 3 weeks to 4 weeks. Upon an order is made, an email from Beddo will be sent to you within 3 working days to confirm the actual date of delivery.
Delivery timing will be based on a block timing of 4 hours to arrival, example 10am to 2pm or 2pm to 6pm. This is due to traffic condition, unloading of goods as well as unforeseen conditions.
Unfortunately not. Any delivery date falls on a Sunday, the delivery date will be automatically be taken place on the following day, Monday.
10 years warranty on Fun bed structures.
2 years warranty on electronic components.
5 years warranty on Mattresses.
1 year warranty on Bed frames.
All warranties are against manufacturers , structure defects and components malfunction.
Fun Reclinable Bed’s Warranty:
Fun carries a 10 years warranty on the bed structure and 1 year warranty on the electronic components.
Luft Performance Mattress’ warranty:
Luft carries a 5 years warranty against manufacturing defect.
Keeping the Warranty Card as well as Delivery Order (DO) as proof of warranty.
Warranty commences from the date of delivery.
You can.
As long as the existing mattress size is of Singapore’s bedding standard, it will fit perfectly.
The Luft mattresses have a 30 days return policy, subject to the usage condition of the mattresses. However, there is a handling cost of $130 for transportation, repacking and logistics fee.
User’s design of bedhead maybe able to customize but It is prior to viewing of design and subject to a higher price. Design/Drawing of Bedhead can be emailed to zzzgreat@beddo.com.sg and we shall reply within 3 working days.
It is highly recommend to have care and maintenance to mattresses and beddings once in 6 months.
