These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made from Beddo Pte Ltd (“Beddo”) and apply to all customers. By making a purchase from Beddo, you agree to be bound by these Terms

    1. Payment:
      • Full payment must be made before the stipulated delivery date. Failing which, Beddo Pte Ltd reserves the right to postpone the delivery date until the full payment is received.
    2. Delivery:
      • Delivery fees, if applicable, will be communicated to customers at the time of purchase.
      • Delivery date will earliest as possible subjected to availability of product.
      • Beddo will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, but shipping times may vary depending on the location.
      • A call will be given to the customer prior to delivery.
      • For postponement or bringing forward of a stipulated delivery, please call / SMS / WhatsApp 8300 0340 with at least 5 working days’ notice and quote your invoice number.
      • The delivery date and time are subject to change by Beddo Pte Ltd.
    4. Open Date Purchases:
      • For purchases under Open Date (delivery date to be confirmed at a later stage), please call / SMS / WhatsApp 8300 0340 on the preferred delivery date with at least 4 weeks’ notice and quote your invoice number.
    5. Returns and Refunds:
      • All sales are final. Beddo does not refund products bought unless there are manufacturing defects.
    6. Warranty:
      • All products come with a warranty. Kindly refer to the website for detail.
      • During this period, Beddo will replace any defective components or make repairs to the products at no cost.
    7. Merchandise Quality:
      • Beddo will do its utmost to ensure the best quality in all products sold, in rare cases where the merchandise displays minor scratches and dents, the merchandise will be touched up, repaired, or  replaced at the discretion of Beddo Pte Ltd.
      • For defects or damage detected, please inform us immediately by call / SMS / WhatsApp to 8300 0340 and quote your invoice number.
    8. Cancellation:
      • Unless goods delivered are in unacceptable condition, otherwise no cancellation is allowed.
      • All sales are final. Paid payments will be forfeited upon cancellation of partial or all items in an invoice.
    9. Additional Delivery and Labour Fees:
      • Additional delivery and labour fees between S$100.00 to S$500.00 will be imposed for dismantling and/or manoeuvring the beds through difficult access, such as a narrow stairway, furniture not able to fit into the elevator, obstruction of passageway, etc. This is
        also applicable to the return of furniture.
      • Please ensure the allocated space and walkway have been cleared for delivery. Additional labor fees between S$60.00 to S$500.00 are applicable should the delivery crew have to assist with the clearing of space at your premises, such as dismantling, disposal, moving of furniture, etc.
      • For reference:
        • Dismantling and disposal of Bed (Non Built-in) – From S$50.00
        • Disposal of Mattress – From $50.00
        • Moving of Mattress without Lift – From S$50.00 per floor.
    10. Limitation of Liability:
      • Beddo Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data, or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage through the use of the website, purchase of its products or process of shipping and delivery of its products.
    11. Governing Law:
      • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and any disputes arising from the Sale shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
      • Any aspects that are not covered by these Terms and Conditions are subject to Singapore Law.

Beddo's FUN Contest Terms and Conditions 

  1. Eligibility:

    • The giveaway is open to residents of Singapore, aged 18 years or older.
    • Employees of Beddo and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
    • No purchase is necessary to participate in the giveaway.

  2. Giveaway Period:

    • The giveaway begins on 17th July 2024 and ends on 30th July 2024.
    • Entries submitted after the giveaway period will not be considered.

  3. How to Enter:

    • Like and follow Beddo’s Facebook page at
      https://www.facebook.com/beddosingapore/
    • Share the giveaway post, tag 3 friends in the comments, and include the hashtag #BeddoLaunch.
    • Visit Beddo’s website landing page and enter your name and email address to register.

  4. Entry Conditions:

    • Each participant can enter the giveaway only once.
    • Multiple entries from the same person using different accounts will be disqualified.
    • Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
    • Participants who subscribe to our WhatsApp channel and verify their subscription by providing their phone number will double their chances of winning.

  5. Winner Selection:

    • There will be only one winner in this giveaway.
    • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using an online random picker tool.
    • Participants who subscribe to the WhatsApp channel and verify their subscription will have their entry counted twice in the random draw.
    • Entries will close on 30th June 2024, at 9 PM.
    • The winner will be announced on 30th June 2024, after 9 PM via Beddo’s Facebook page.

  6. Prize:

    • The prize is one FUN Adjustable Bed Base Queen Size, worth $1680.
    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
    • Upgrading to a King or Split King size is available by topping up the difference.
    • The prize will be delivered to an address in Singapore only.

  7. Winner Notification:

    • The winner will be notified via Facebook on 30th June, after the draw.
    • The winner must respond within 1 day of notification to claim the prize.
    • If the winner does not respond within the specified time, an alternate winner will be selected.

  8. Prize Delivery:

    • The prize will be delivered to the winner’s provided address in Singapore within 14 days of claiming the prize.
    • Beddo is not responsible for any delays or issues related to prize delivery.

  9. Publicity:

    • By entering the giveaway, participants agree to have their names and likenesses used for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

  10. Privacy:

    • Participants’ personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
  1. Disqualification:
    • Beddo reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activities.
  1. Changes to Giveaway:
    • Beddo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
  1. Limitation of Liability:
    • Beddo is not responsible for any technical issues, human error, or other problems that may result in an entry being lost, delayed, or incorrectly processed.
  1. Governing Law:
    • The giveaway and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
  1. Facebook Disclaimer:
    • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
